Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

I made this and it's SO good. Key ingredients are Banana, Date and Cacao.

I want to share it with you so you can try how good it is. Let it change the way you think of smoothies. Put it in a bowl and add any toppings you want. It's the best!



Straight to the recipe!


Ingredients:

Smoothie

- 1 small banana

- 1/2 cup cashews

- 1.5 tbsp of raw cacao powder

- 1/2 cup of pitted dates

- 3/4 cup of almond milk

- 2/3 cup of ice


Blend all together in a bullet or blender or food processor. Make sure it's a thick consistency smoothie. So that you can get big full spoonful's of it. Pour in a bowl and top with all your favourites. Consume fresh and right away!


Toppings

- full fat Greek yogurt

- fresh raspberries

- 1 tbsp of chia

- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds


You can add any toppings you have in your kitchen. Here are some ideas:

Frozen berries

Grated Apple or Pear

Seeds and Nuts

Coconut Flakes

Oats

Rice Puffs

Muesli

Mango or Passionfruit pulp

Sliced banana

Cacao nibs

(Avocado would be good added right into the smoothie to add more creaminess.)
